Below you’ll find our policy on digital downloads, print-on-demand items, and service-based offerings.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once your product is downloaded or delivered, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This includes:
- Digital downloads (journals, templates, prompt packs, etc.)
- Screensavers and AI art files
- Custom GPTs and AI-based deliverables
We trust you’ll honour the process — and we commit to delivering high-quality tools that match the product descriptions. If something feels off, please contact us. We’re always happy to help clarify or resolve.
Print-On-Demand Products (Future Use)
Items fulfilled via a third-party print-on-demand service (such as apparel, mugs, or stationery) are made to order, just for you.
Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
If something went wrong, email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your name & order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A short description of the issue
We’ll make it right where possible.
Service-Based Offerings
For custom work (audits, visuals, GPTs, etc.), full or partial refunds may be considered before work has begun, depending on the timeline and service tier.
Once work has started, we honour the agreement, and refunds will not be issued unless outlined differently in our service agreement or quote.
A Final Note on Energy
We honour your time, money, and trust — and we ask for the same in return. This policy exists not to close doors, but to create fair, gentle boundaries that protect all involved.
