Welcome to The Affirmed Visionary. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products and access
All digital items are delivered electronically via email using the Pendora Downloads app. Print-on-demand products are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted partners.

2. Usage rights
Unless stated otherwise, our digital products are for personal use only. Products marked as commercial, PLR, or MRR include additional rights — please check the individual product description before purchase.

3. Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s checkout system.

4. Refunds and returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files have been delivered. If a file is corrupt, duplicated, or inaccessible, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For physical (print-on-demand) items, refunds or replacements may be offered for faulty or damaged goods — see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property
All designs, text, and digital resources remain the property of The Affirmed Visionary unless otherwise noted. You may not resell, distribute, or share products in any way that violates the stated licence.
